Best Witches

Best Witches card-designed by Lori Tecler/Inking Aloud-stamps and dies from Reverse Confetti
Here's my card for this month's Reverse Confetti Sketch for You to Try.  I went with a seasonal Halloween design featuring the witch from RC's Best Witches stamp set.  My witch was colored with Copic markers, then cut out with the matching die.  I used foam tape to adhere the cutout image to a pale gray panel with a yellow "moon" in the upper left corner.  The image panel was layered on to a purple card base covered with a pair of green and purple patterned paper panels in one of my favorite pattern combos--spots and stripes!  For the sentiment, I stamped "best witches" on a narrow green fishtail flag strip and positioned it on the card so it extended out from beneath the witch image.  A trio of silver glitter enamel dot "stars" completed the design.

Materials Used:
Best Witches stamp set, Grape Jelly cardstock, Best Witches dies (Reverse Confetti); Memento Tuxedo Black ink (Tsukineko/IMAGINE Crafts); markers (Copic); Grout Gray cardstock, Die-namics Fishtail Flag STAX dies (My Favorite Things); Green Galore and Crushed Curry cardstock (Stampin' Up!); Perfectly Plaid Rainbow 6x6 paper pad (Lawn Fawn); Tiny Polka-Lime Tonal designer paper (The Paper Studio); Zig Zag Stitched Circle dies (SugarPea Designs); silver glitter enamel dots (Eyelet Outlet); foam tape
